Sofia Urgoiti Crespo (she/her)

First-year Master’s student broadly interested in coastal marine ecology. After graduating from The University of Edinburgh (UK) with a BSc Ecological & Environmental Sciences, I am now a member of the Caselle Lab. My research attempts to shed some light on the role of reef rugosity and substrate complexity on kelp and sea urchins dynamics, using long term data from the Santa Barbara Channel.
